Max has been part of The Bridge family for over 30 years. Max is a valued supported employee at The Bridge Works Social Enterprise, he also enjoys one-on-one support and recreational holidays that enrich his life beyond work.

Kathy is one of Max’s sisters and primary carer. Kathy shares, “The Bridge has not only given him the ability to work like everyone else, but they’ve helped me ensure Max’s social life is fulfilled. The Bridge is special, it’s like a second family to us.”
