genU – Creating genUinely inclusive communities

Our story began more than 70 years ago, when a group of parents wanted more for their children with disabilities in Geelong, Victoria. The world has changed a lot since then and so have we, adding a range of support services for all stages of life and in locations all around the nation.

Today, we have a national presence as one of Australia’s largest NDIS service providers, powered by more than 5,000 amazing employees across Australia providing high-quality support and services to more than 48,900 people. We are united in our purpose of enriching lives through connections, support and opportunities. Our clients include people with disability, ageing Australians, students and job seekers.
